Shipping policy

Smithmade Essentials currently only ships products within the continental United States.

All products are shipped via USPS. All orders are processed and packaged in 1-3 business days.

During warm weather months, candles and other meltable products may only ship Monday-Wednesday and when the temperatures aren't too high.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all orders over $50. Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipment.

Return Policy

Smithmade Essentials is not currently accepting any returns or exchanges. It's my goal to provide quality products and a great shopping experience. If you have concerns about a product you've purchased, you can contact me at hello@smithmade-essentials.com and I will do my best to find a solution.

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact me within 14 days via my Contact page or by emailing hello@smithmade-essentials.com and I'll get in touch with you to work things out.
